Coming Soon: Klinik Access

Getting in contact with the practice has been difficult over the pandemic but we are working hard to create new ways of getting in contact with us saving both you and our staff time.

We have yet to announce the go live date but we are working internally on a demo build of this new system.

The new system created by Klinik will allow for all enquires, appointment requests and cancelations to be made online quickly and easily.

The system will replace our Online Consult service and it makes the process much more user freindly.

The advantage of this system is that patients can quickly place enquires with us online freeing up the phones for those who are unable to use online services.

Additionally the pathways behind the “tiles” in Klinik mean that enquires go to the correct department or person straight away.

Overall this new service will allow our doctors to have better quality information in the first instance and patients will have their enquiries dealt with more quickly than they are currently.
