1. Click on Register in the box on the left of the screen
  2. Answer yes to the question ‘Have you received a registration letter from your
    practice?’
  3. Enter the registration details that are included on your registration form
  4. Enter your surname, date of birth and choose a password
  5. Enter your contact details
  6. It will give you a User ID which you can use to sign in with along with the password
    you created earlier.

Once registered you can make an appointment, order a prescription and view your medical record by “Signing in” to your online account using your User ID and Password
