Please DO NOT attend for your vaccination if you have any Covid 19 symptoms ( new dry and persistent cough, fever (high temperatures), loss of taste or smell ) of if you have any a cold, respiratory infection or feel unwell.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARIER THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.

Strict Social Distancing will be in place | Early arrivals will need to wait outside the church where there is no shelter |
We are only providing pre-booked appointments | We will see patients strictly in appointment time order |
Please where a mask of or other sufficient face covering | This is a formal requirement and admittance may be denied if you are not wearing this |
Please come alone (if you possibly can) | Reduces contacts and risk of infection |
Wear loose clothing to upper body to help enable swift vaccination | So that you can be in and out quickly and reduce the chances of any infection spreading |
